Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review the following return guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt for store credit only, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
  • Clearance items and made-to-order rugs are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition and professionally packaged by a shipping service such as UPS or FedEx.
  • Buyer is responsible for 100% of return shipping costs.

Refund Method

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, minus a 5% restocking fee.
  • Store credit is based on the purchase price (excluding original shipping) and does not expire.

Important Notes

  • If the returned item is received damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue partial credit.
  • Returns received after the 10-day window or without prior approval may not be accepted.
